- location:The hotel is located in the centre of business district Shinjuku with easy access to exciting entertainment, dining and shopping areas. It takes only one-minute walk from Exit 1, Nishi-Shinjuku metro station on Marunouchi Line and just minutes away from Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Shinjuku police station.
- rooms:Twin rooms are all good in size to relax, while single ones are small. All rooms are carefully appointed with air-condition, a trouser press, mini bar, a hair-dryer and a compact dress closet. Bathrooms are very clean and all good in condition.
- restaurant:The main dining, ”Ciao” is located on the second floor serving Italian and French dishes with reasonable range of prices. Just a few steps away from the main building, the Japanese Restaurant called ”Kurikichi” is housed in a former Japanese style private house. It serves traditional Japanese dishes in cozy atmosphere and folk art interior.

- general:This is a small privately owned boutique style hotel with friendly services. Airport Limousine from Narita Airport stops at Hilton Hotel located within walking distance from the hotel.
